We have worked super hard to create this document for all you legends who can't afford any of the current flatpack setups on the market.
To order, simply add this to your cart with your details and we will email through the entire PDF document and plans, including photos.
Included in the 7 page PDF document are 4 pages of cut outs with all the measurements you need, neatly mapped out to scale on 1200mm x 2400mm ply sheets so you conserve plywood and visualise where you need to make your cuts on each plywood sheet.
This setup cost roughly $590.00 in materials (not including the already installed timber floor) and was built in Perth in February 2024 for our friend's Troopy. Prices for materials will differ elsewhere but that should give you a rough guide.

If you are going to purchase plywood we highly recommend buying good quality, flat (not warped) marine plywood. It makes construction and getting everything square so much easier.
- We purchased Nylon Strips to make our Drawer Runners/Slides from Martins Trailer Parts: https://www.trailerparts.net.au/ - your local trailer/boat shop may have something similar if you want to do nylon runners.
- Everything else was purchased from Bunnings.
These plans are for personal use only - for your own DIY setup and are not for resale.
UPDATE on price 22/5/2024: Our payment processor (Stripe) no longer supports a 0.01 cent purchase due to their minimum charge of 30 cents per card transaction and 1.75% of the price of an item. We were having issues were customers were unable to checkout/finalise their order. We have had to update the price to $0.50 cents as this is now Stripe's minimum purchase amount. We are trying to work with Big Cartel to see if there is a way we can offer this item as free. Apologies guys!
